I never had the best back in the world, but when i used to work at an office job, sitting all day my lower back would KILL. I knew it was bad when I woke up in the morning and it was still hurting.

Fascinating! I was working from home until very recently and refused to sit all day. I resorted to working most of the day w. my laptop on the kitchen counter (perched up on a stand) so that I could stand up while I worked. Sitting all day sucks! lol
